Bexley was founded at the tail end of many a no that was said to multiple entrepreneurs: those who came to us as investment bankers and consultants, seeking advice on their fund-raise, or on a strategic issue. Nos that were rendered because the 'fee-pool' was determined to be too small.

We believed different: we felt the most critical role an advisor could play would be early in the life of a company, helping give direction to its long term vector.
